You will be responsible for mapping the market, identifying and attracting top candidates, build and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses the needs of different business and market areas and enable the team to effectively meet expectations. You will be key in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers. This role would be 100% remote until the end of March 2021 and would have flexibility around working hours.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize advanced search techniques to identify candidates within IT/Telco industry on databases, through networking/recommendations or via direct search. Market mapping by researching the market, competitor mapping, geography mapping Creation and management of “talent pools” for critical gap and strategic roles. Conduct kick-off conversations with Hiring Managers to truly understand their needs and provide recommendations based on market and candidate knowledge Manage end to end recruiting process, including strategy meetings and setting expectations Directly contacting candidates to qualify interest in opportunity and encourage to apply.
Develop and post attractive job descriptions to be posted on client career site, external sites and other media, making sure wording/formatting is appropriate. Manage any advertising responses and give constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates. Conduct candidate screening against pre-agreed criteria.
If required, instigate additional sourcing activity to strengthen candidate pipeline. Prepare shortlist and recommendations for Hiring Managers to finalize selection. Compile, format and prepare sourcing metrics and assists with creating information presentations for internal operational and/or sourcing program owners.
Assist with the evaluation of current initiatives, strategies, pipelines, tools, technologies, job boards, etc. Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Previous experience as a recruiter, experience in a top consulting executive search firm is a plus. Solid Spanish and English skills, Portuguese a plus
