Responsibilities U.S. Insurance Solutions IT is looking for a Salesforce Software Engineer to join our team that builds and administers Salesforce for our Sales & Advanced Solutions, New Business, Customer Service & Retention, and several other internally facing user groups.
Youll partner with other teams across USIS and the organization through centers of excellence to share and drive our Salesforce journey, ensuring we are delivering new capabilities, enhancements, and a quality user experience. You’ll have the opportunity to: Participate and foster an atmosphere of innovation and experimentation Work in an agile and DevOps environment with a focus on product development Work with end users and product owners to define emerging business needs Strive for customer focus through high collaboration with our business and other teams Provide mentorship and collaborate with other team members Qualifications Associate or Bachelors degree with a preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math related field or equivalent experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate’s degree when defining equivalent work experience). 2 years of professional object oriented software development experience, Salesforce Administrator and/or Development experience preferred.
Preferred Skills: Salesforce or similar CRM solution Certified Salesforce Administrator (or Advanced Administrator) Certified Salesforce Developer Mulesoft development experience Java development experience
