The Sales Team at Sonara helps individuals and organizations more effectively manage their online job search strategy. You will create relationships with and advocate job search technology to leading companies across multiple regions and promote the power of our products to make job seekers more productive. Your passion for learning and connecting will help more job seekers find new jobs.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be in charge of delighting our customers and ensuring that they are successful at using Sonara for their job search. You’ll be responsible for hands-on working directly with customers and building a scalable program to onboard and educate.

What you’ll be doing

Hands-on customer management to drive the success of product installation and adoption
Consult with customers to deliver insights, metrics, and recommendations.
Build long-term onboarding and success programs and workflows for Sonara users
Develop educational content to drive product adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively remove blockers and find solutions for customers
Represent the voice of the customers to the product team to advocate for new solutions and influence product roadmap and prioritization

What you should have

1+ years of experience in a program management or operations role
Experience managing customers via email, chat, and phone calls
Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex problems and issues, no matter how large or small
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Diplomacy, tact, and poise when working and communicating with customers
