Let’s talk DESCRIPTION : In general, a Support Engineer is responsible to keep the Operations & Support Up and Running 24/7, perform deployments, provide technical training, and participate in meetings with the customer. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : In general, a Support team is responsible for: availability performance change management monitoring emergency response Also responsible for handling the incident life cycle Troubleshoot and diagnose all application issues Able to solve moderate problems, and have good written and verbal communication skills.
Work on defined schedule (between 08:00 – 20:00) Work on call shift and/or night shift QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Familiarity with databases (Mysql, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB); Familiarity with the HTTP protocol, JSON and Web APIs; Familiarity with Linux; Familiarity with Ansible; Familiarity with JAVA JEE; Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS); Familiarity with Microsoft Azure; Familiarity with Cloud Network Management; Familiarity with Terraform; Familiarity with Git; If : Support Intermediate (Practical application) in: Linux, MySQL, MongoDB, Service Delivery Management, Report, Application Deployment (ansible). BONUS POINTS: Interest and ability to learn other technologies Degree in Computer Science (or similar field of study) or equivalent self-taught experience.
