Job Description:· Define, create and develop validation environments and test suites to characterize analog IP and sensor end-to-end performance/functionality to spec.
· Develop scripts to automate measurement of analog circuits & sensor end-to-end performance· Conduct experiments targeted at determining performance limiting analog IP’s for sensors· Interface with Architecture, Design, Verification and software teams in developing post-silicon test content.· Bring-up new silicon and debug failures.· Develop test methodologies, create/execute validation plans, assist with test documentationExperience and Education· BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
· 6 years of experience in validation or testDesired Qualifications:· Knowledge of Python, C, C#, Microprocessor Assembly programming, Verilog· SPI/I2C protocol understanding· Firmware test development skills· Strong hands-on experience in the lab with silicon validation, characterization and bring up.· Silicon debugging skills using test modes, micro-probing, and FIB experiments, etc.· Familiarity with equipment used in analog validation: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, DMM, power supplies, etc· Organizational skills with attention to details.
· Good communications skills.· Experience in system level design, signal processing tools such as Matlab and Simulink is a plus.
