We are looking for a talented and passionate call centre manager to join our team as Team Manager, Contact Centre. In this role you will manage and support call centre operations. You will work with cutting edge tools and a talented team to help deliver amazing fundraising experiences to our clients. We’re looking for a natural people-leader with a track record of call centre success in a high-growth performance environment.
This is a work-from-home position open to candidates in all Provinces. No travel is required.
You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of professional fundraisers and support staff, helping them to succeed in their role and love what they do. You will coach, teach, organize and remove any obstacles in their way. You will build a high-performance team where results matter and foster a culture that is innovative, exciting and most of all, fun.
