The Integration Analyst – Technical Designer As an Integration Analyst – Technical Designer, you will find yourself serving as the bridge between the Business Analysts, the Domain Delivery teams and the IT suppliers. You will be responsible for producing the functional design of applications and you see to it that all functional (including technical) requirements are met. By working closely with Business Analysts you will acquire a proper sense of what the business needs and expects.
You will draw on these insights to devise a solution, working in tandem with the IT Architects, which delivers a suitable response to these needs and expectations. You will chiefly be operating as part of one of our domain delivery teams to come up with the new functionalities in an Agile manner. Working in joint consultation, you will establish the technical design, after which you will guide and support our developers.
In addition, you will conduct integration tests and support the test analysts as part of the eventual tests of the application. The technical aspects too will be part of your responsibilities. You will be working with our data, security and infrastructure specialists.
(An interest in or a more thorough understanding of security is therefore definitely considered a plus.) Your broad-based and deep-going involvement enables you to offer the suppliers and external consultants concerned a clear picture of the functionalities and changes expected. In doing so, you will not only support the preparation of estimates and the processing of change requests, you will also find yourself checking the deliverables and the correction of defects.
Performing trenchant analyses is part of your DNA. Setting out from these analyses, you are capable of proposing creative, structured solutions with a keen eye for the client’s needs. In order to allow you to swiftly immerse yourself in the role, we expect you to hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and to have a previous initial professional experience with IT Delivery – for instance as an analyst, devops engineer, developer or as a technical designer.
You feel drawn by the technical aspects of IT whilst simultaneously deriving energy from social contacts. You are a team player that people find easy to work with and, on the strength of your communication skills, you are able to get other people to buy into your narrative. In doing so, you make sure everybody is singing off the same hymn sheet to jointly achieve the result pursued.
You are duly familiar with API-based integrations, web services (REST, SOAP) Spring(boot) and market standards such as UML and BPMN. As mentioned, an understanding of security aspects is definitely a plus. Finally, to ensure fluent communications with your colleagues we expect you to be fluent in Dutch and English.
A command of French for professional communications is also decidedly considered a plus.
