Inspire is growing fast and we’re looking for an inspired Technical Support Agent to join our team.
You should be a great communicator, detail oriented and have a natural talent for working with data, software, and all things technical. You will be part of our fundraising outreach team and partner with the largest charities in Canada. You will oversee the day to day technical support of agent teams and outbound fundraising campaigns to help raise funds, sponsor children, respond to emergencies, and deliver world-class customer service.
This is a remote work-from-home position, open to candidates in all Provinces. No travel is required.
The Technical Support Agent is responsible for assisting teams deliver exceptional fundraising result and quality by supporting call centre systems, tools and services, and providing support and training to staff. Here are some of the areas the technical support agent will own:
