As a T&A coordinator / HR support, you will ensure the correct processing of attendance and absence data and process deviations in time registration for the purpose of wage processing.
You will also undertake a number of administrative support tasks for the HR manager. The position will be part-time – 3 to 4 days a week Time & Attendance: Collecting and processing attendance, overtime, leave, absence and illness data and replacement services, performing completeness checks regarding hours worked, making enquiries and correcting data imperfections of all employees both for blue and white-collar workers, for shift and day workers. Calculating leave rights via performances and holiday certificates and entering these in the time registration.
Introducing changes in personnel information systems. (Easy Time) HR supporting tasks such as: Follow-up of all works council-related administration and support: drawing up the agenda for the works council based on instructions from the manager, collecting the attachments, communicating reports. Make changes to the Work Regulations and personnel guide, following the necessary procedures for approval.
Drafting of the staffing report. Processing and checking HR figures in collaboration with the shared service center Call HR. Drawing up, on a quarterly basis, the planning of on-call shifts.
Quarterly adjustment of the organization chart, send to management for approval and identification of anomalies. Follow-up of administration regarding interim work and approval of invoices from interim offices via SAP. Monitoring the lease fleet.
Monitoring the follow-up and implementation of the negotiated collective labor agreements and what was agreed through the employment regulations. Providing information to staff, social secretariat, government agencies. Support and assistance to both the HR manager and the Plant Manager.
