This position will commence ASAP and run through to the end of the year. Our Client is undertaking a digital transformation to modernise its management of case files.
As part of this process there is a backlog of case files that require alignment with the new Microsoft Dynamics solution. Working as part of a small and dedicated team the role will be responsible for the accurate categorisation and renaming of scanned file documentation into Microsoft Dynamics. On a day to day basis the role will be assigned case files and you will process all scanned documents as part of file ensuring accurate naming, aligned with organisational guidelines and categorised in line with Microsoft Dynamics categorisation requirements.
Once complete the file will be confirmed as ready by the management team. This will be a full time role Monday to Friday working from home after initial training in the CBD based office. To be considered for these opportunities you will need to demonstrate: Prior experience within the public sector Experience with SharePoint AND Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM Uncompromising attention to detail Excellent team work skill and the ability to manage workload autonomously Successful candidates will need to provide the details of two recent Supervisors for reference checks and also submit to a police check.
