You’ll work ‘hand in glove’ with our CTO to deliver value through Product. A bit about you?
You’ll be a strategic leader with 10 years experience in product or a related discipline. For 5 of those years, you have been leading and scaling high-performance teams. You exhibit strong leadership (mana) and management competencies (in complex organisational settings), including managing and mentoring all groups within the Product Team.
You grow a constructive customer-obsessed culture aligned to the Mobi2Go values. Dissolving silos to foster collaboration and improve company results. You can lead and influence across the company and externally to drive diverging stakeholders to winning outcomes.
With exceptional communication and stakeholder management that allows you to work effectively with everyone internally and externally. You’re a seasoned planner with in-depth experience with near term operational planning and longer-term strategic planning to build and manage robust and reliable enterprise products and services. You eat metrics for breakfast.
