VoIP and telecommunication specialist Miejsce pracy: Warszawa We are looking for a VoIP and telecommunication specialist to join our new project to make the most out of Docplanner Phone product. In line with our mission, we make the process of using medical care more friendly, simpler, and more human. We care about patient experiences and we support doctors and medical facilities in their daily work.

Docplanner Phone is a new product of our company. It is a software that supports medical facilities in handling and analyzing phone calls. We are working for almost a year now and recently started selling our solution.

Currently, we are working, recruiting and onboarding 100% remotely. Tasks: supporting our customers with telco and voip configurations, educating our team about details of telco industry, dealing with our telecom suppliers, finding solutions to most common issues and creating manuals.
