The primary function of this position is implementing and maintaining a paid media strategy for the brand that includes ownership of execution, optimization, and reporting, A/B testing for landing pages and ad copy, and continuous keyword and competitive research with the ability to communicate opportunities for the brand to achieve customer retention and acquisition goals. This position will also assist the digital marketing team by maintaining/growing our affiliate partner relationships and supporting our marketplaces channel as needed.
Responsible for paid media marketing investments across Google, Bing, Yahoo
Establish and maintain relationships with external affiliate partners
Assist with marketplaces responsibilities including but not limited to; account health, inventory health, product listing enhancements, new product submissions, pricing optimization, etc.
Accountable for delivering sales, gross margin and ROI targets for the channel with active, daily management
Lead campaign development, keyword discovery, keyword expansion, and ad creation
Test to optimize click through and conversion rates, and implement a test-and-learn plan to improve spend efficiency and traffic volume
Provide insight for landing page optimization to increase conversion rate for channel initiatives
Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and summarize performance of ad campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis.
Collaborate with merchandising team on new product launches to define objectives, goals, and launch plans for paid marketing
Analyze competitor paid media efforts to provide insights and recommendations
Support monthly promos in PPC campaigns and continually test BAU offers for all channels
Support display and Amazon Ad investments as needed
Manage ad pacing to monthly investment budgets
Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid media channel
Responsible for ongoing feed management and optimization. Troubleshoot issues and escalate internally as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
Conducts self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of SHP.
This is a Remote position with the option of working in our Fargo, ND Office.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or Marketing with 2-3 years of eCommerce experience. Or; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above. 1-3 years’ experience successfully implementing and optimizing paid campaigns through various platforms (e.g. Google, Bing, Facebook, etc)
