POST A JOB CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Customer’s Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are integral part of the Terms of Services made by Search Remotely, with its principal place of business at 19 Wellington Street, Bondi, NSW, 2026, Australia (“Search Remotely”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms shall govern a job posting on the website https://searchremotely.com (the “Website”). These Terms apply to customers posting a job offer and paying for such a job post on the Website (“Customer” or “you”).
These Terms are the integral part of the Terms of Services which can be accessed at https://searchremotely.com/terms-and-conditions/. By posting a job on the Website and subscribing to job posting service on the Website, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and the Terms of Services. Please read these documents carefully.
1. Customer’s Eligibility
1.1 This Website can be used by individuals and legal entities subject to their compliance with these Terms and applicable law. To be eligible to post a job on the Website, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and be able to form legally binding contracts. If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that: (a) the legal entity that you act on behalf of is a legal entity duly organized and is validly existing under the applicable laws of its jurisdiction; and (b) you have all necessary approvals and permissions to act on behalf of such legal entity.
1.2 When posting a job on the Website, the Customer represents and warrants that it has full power to enter into and perform its obligations under these Terms.
2. Use of Website
2.1 For avoidance of doubt, Search Remotely does not review any job posts, and other content listed on the Website by companies and other entities. Search Remotely does not own, post, amend, offer, provide, manage and/or control job posts and other content listed on the Website. On our Website each customer and job seekers enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with each other.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse to post any job for any reason.
2.3 This Website does not constitute and shall not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification of job offer, job description or other content displayed on the Website.
2.4 When using the Website, the Customer agrees not to engage in any act or omission, that directly and/or indirectly constitutes or may directly and/or indirectly constitute:
- a breach of any applicable laws and/or regulations;
- violation of our Terms of Services, Privacy Policy, other policies and guidelines applicable to your use of the Website and/or Services;
- posting jobs and other content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, unethical, religious, incites violence, or contains graphic and/or gratuitous violence;
- posting any content that violates any intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights.4. Payment Terms
3. Payment Terms
3.1 To post a job, the Customer chooses between two payment plans: Basic Job Posting and Premium Job Posting.
3.2 Basic Job Posting is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- a fee of $69 per one job posting on the Website;
- the job posting will be on the Website for maximum 60 days unless the job posting is terminated by the Customer by email notice or manually on the Website;
- a fee of $69 for any further job posting, unless the Customer upgrades to the Premium Job Posting;
- Search Remotely is not responsible for job applications, communications, interactions with job applicants;
- Search Remotely provides no guarantee for the results or use of the Website within 60 days and any time thereafter;
- Search Remotely provides no refunds or credits for whole or partial termination of job postings.
3.3 Premium Job Posting is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- a fee of $129 per month for unlimited job postings on the Website;
- payment recurs on a monthly basis;
- for termination or changes in the plan, the Customer gives a 30 days prior written notice or manually terminates or changes the plan in account settings within 30 days before next month’s recurring payment;
- the job posting will be on the Website for maximum 60 days unless the job posting is terminated by the Customer by email notice or manually on the Website;
- Search Remotely is not responsible for job applications, communications, interactions with job applicants;
- Search Remotely provides no guarantee for the results or use of the Website within 60 days and any time thereafter;
- Search Remotely provides no refunds or credits for whole or partial termination of job postings.
3.4 By paying for posting a job on the Website, you agree to accept the payment, refund and cancellation terms and conditions of these Terms.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 These Terms supplement the general Terms of Services. All other provisions of the Terms of Services remain applicable to the Customer.
