Now, we are accelerating our growth journey and we are looking for you Your mission: As Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring orders and deliveries of goods or services.

You will be in close contact with internal business units as well as suppliers What you’ll be doing: Help coordinating all purchasing activities of the Bitpanda Group Handling the Purchase-2-Pay process of goods and services excluding digital assets Establish framework agreements and monitor item positions Work with business functions in the context of negotiation with and contracting of outsourcing partners regarding price, mode of shipping, payment terms and methods as well as delivery terms Align with legal and finance to ensure that due diligence requirements and contractual obligations are favourable for the company What we’re looking for: More than 7 years of experience in procurement Strong communication skills for effective cooperation with project managers and other functions Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills What we offer: – Individual stock option plan – Exclusive premiums when trading on Bitpanda – Learning and development budget/possibilities – Lunch and gym discount – Free company health consultations – Regular team events and a yearly team trip – Modern office in Vienna’s fintech hub in the 2nd district – German classes – And more Do you like what you are reading and want to find out more?
