What is your full name and job title?
Muhammad Aslam (Sr Android Developer )
Full disclosure.
Search Remotely has had the pleasure of working with Muhammad for at least two years. He has been instrumental in our growth. He’s improving a remote job task app that remote jobseekers can download and test for us. Hopefully it will help job seekers in search of remote work stay focused on the tasks needed to secure the remote job of their dreams.
He has helped me personally to create Android applications for one of our sister sites. One of the apps that has been particularly successful is an app with more than 1000 downloads and zero advertising budget! He is trustworthy, dependable and provides the highest quality of work. If you give him a task, he analyzes it very carefully to determine if the scope of work is within his wheel house. If it isn’t he’ll let you know. Now, back to the interview.

When did you start working remotely as a digital nomad and how did that come about?
In 2017, I had finished up a freelance project With USA client. My next client was based in Europe, I decided to start working on the project remotely from Pakistan. It was my first experience with digital nomadism — and it wouldn’t be my last. Today, I continue to embrace the digital nomad lifestyle, working and living along with my family while servicing clients with the highest quality from all around the world.
What would go down as the biggest achievement so far and what makes you so proud of this?
I have the expertise to develop every and any type of application and I really enjoy seeing how ideas can be created into full-fledged applications. I intend to continue to develop and product, making more programs and applications in the digital world.
Why do you like working remotely?
There is no need for travel to earn a living. Not having to battle traffic and long-distance commutes is the single most compelling reason for working remote. Being able to wake up and skip the time it takes to get to the office is a great advantage.
